Hi, I’m Rushell Medley, Owner and Master Trainer of Homebody Fitness LLC. With 12+ years as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I’ve helped over 1,000 clients reach their fitness goals.
Since 2020, I’ve led virtual strength + cardio sessions with a hands-on, equipment-optional approach. Classes run Monday–Friday in 40-minute intervals (35 mins training + 5 mins stretch) between 5:30 AM–7:00 PM EST.
